Graduates of the University of Kansas School of Law are everywhere — in courtrooms, in boardrooms, in government agencies, in nonprofits and other public interest organizations. They offer strategic legal advice and representation for clients, help entrepreneurs launch businesses, work at all levels of government, serve as judges, shape the laws of our country, and devote their time and expertise to pro bono service. Lawyers uphold the rule of law and ensure that individuals have access to justice.

Current day Green Hall is now nearly five decades old and is in need of repair and updating. A lot has changed in those five decades – the way professors teach, the way students learn and the role of the library in legal education. As KU Law takes its place as one of the great public law schools in the U.S., it deserves a facility that matches the excellence of its faculty, students and alumni. Support for building updates and possibly a new facility will ensure that KU Law continues its upward trajectory.
